Meet The Chef

With a passion in culinary arts, Chef Chelsia has dynamically become a food connoisseur. Chef Chelsia opened Her Majesty, Inc. in honor of her late and beloved Grandmother, Willie Jewel Lindsey. She began her culinary pursuit in a small New Orleans kitchen owned by Jewel. With inspirations ranging from her Mother, Purtula Love, to moguls such as Chef Paul Prudhomme, Chef Emeril Lagasse, and Chef Leah Chase, Chef Chelsia looks forward to “being in that number.” 

 

Born and raised in New Orleans, Chef Chelsia has honed a variety of cultural flavors, including Creole, Cajun, Spanish and French cuisine. With 10 years of culinary experience, classes and hands-on training, Chef Chelsia has mastered the art of an array of cultures, seasons, and flavors making each meal a majestic experience.
